Effective Date: July 20, 2025

This Provider Agreement ("Agreement") outlines the terms and conditions that govern the relationship between you ("Provider," "you," or "your") and Fixers Network LLC ("EasyFix," "we," "us," or "our") upon registration and use of the EasyFix platform. By creating an account and accepting service requests through EasyFix, you agree to be bound by the following terms:

1. Independent Contractor Status

By participating in the EasyFix platform, you acknowledge that you are operating as an independent contractor and not as an employee, agent, joint venture partner, or affiliate of Fixers Network LLC. Nothing in this Agreement shall be construed as creating an employment relationship. You are solely responsible for:

  • Your business operations and tax obligations
  • Maintaining appropriate licenses, insurance, and certifications
  • Complying with all federal, state, and local laws governing your services

2. Legal Compliance

You agree to perform all services in full compliance with applicable laws, regulations, building codes, and industry standards. You also agree to provide truthful and accurate information about your qualifications, insurance, and work history.

3. Job Site Safety and Liability

  • You are responsible for maintaining safe practices at all job sites.
  • You must provide your own tools, equipment, and protective gear.
  • You acknowledge and agree that EasyFix is not liable for any injury, illness, property damage, or loss incurred while performing services.
  • You release and hold harmless Fixers Network LLC from any claims, liabilities, damages, or losses arising out of your conduct or services.

4. Use of the Platform

  • You agree to accept and complete jobs in a professional and timely manner.
  • You may not solicit clients for direct work outside the platform without written approval.
  • You must communicate through the EasyFix platform or authorized channels.

5. Payments and Disbursements

  • Payments for completed services will be processed and disbursed by EasyFix after confirmation of job completion by the customer.
  • EasyFix reserves the right to withhold payment in the event of customer disputes, misconduct, or failure to comply with this Agreement.

6. Termination

EasyFix may suspend or terminate your access to the platform at any time for violations of this Agreement, fraudulent conduct, unprofessional behavior, or negative customer feedback.

7. Amendments

We reserve the right to update this Agreement at any time. Continued use of the platform constitutes acceptance of any changes.
