This Payment Policy outlines the terms and conditions for payments made through EasyFix, a platform operated by Fixers Network LLC ("EasyFix," "we," "us," or "our"). By using our services, you agree to the terms of this policy.


1. Work Deposit Requirement

To initiate a service request, EasyFix collects an upfront work deposit from the customer. This deposit secures the service appointment and allows the assigned provider to begin preparations for the project. The deposit amount may vary depending on the scope of work and will be clearly presented to the customer at the time of booking.


2. Final Payment Upon Job Completion

Customers are required to submit the remaining payment balance once the job is completed. The final payment will be collected and processed through our secure platform. Failure to submit final payment upon completion of the agreed-upon services may result in service interruption, late fees, or collection actions in accordance with applicable laws.


3. Accepted Payment Methods

Payments must be made through the EasyFix platform. We accept major credit cards, debit cards, and other digital payment options offered through our authorized third-party payment processors.


4. Refunds and Disputes

Work deposits are generally non-refundable unless:

  • The provider cancels or fails to show up for the job
  • The customer cancels the job at least 48 hours before the scheduled start time

Disputes regarding service quality or completion will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis. Customers must submit a dispute request within 72 hours of the service completion.


5. Service Provider Compensation

EasyFix disburses payment to service providers only after the job has been confirmed as completed by the customer, unless otherwise agreed. Providers are not entitled to the upfront deposit unless the project is completed.


6. Security and Compliance

All payments are processed using secure, PCI-compliant third-party systems. EasyFix does not store full credit card details on its servers.
