Company Rules Effective Date: July 18, 2025

These Company Rules establish the behavioral and operational standards expected of all parties engaging with EasyFix, including customers, service providers, and internal team members. These rules are in place to ensure a safe, respectful, and professional environment for everyone involved in the Fixers Network LLC ("EasyFix") platform. 

1. Respectful Conduct All users and providers must treat each other with professionalism, courtesy, and respect. Discrimination, harassment, abusive language, or any form of intimidation is strictly prohibited. 

2. Job Site Expectations - Customers must ensure a safe and accessible work environment for providers. - Providers must maintain cleanliness, arrive on time, and act professionally. - Both parties are expected to communicate any delays, issues, or changes in scope in a timely manner. 

3. Communication - All job-related communication should be conducted through the EasyFix platform or by other authorized channels. - Misuse of contact information or attempts to bypass the platform for future services are prohibited and may result in account suspension. 

4. Compliance With Laws and Licensing All service providers must hold appropriate licenses, certifications, or permits for the work they perform, as required by law. Any fraudulent representation of qualifications will result in removal from the platform. 

5. Safety and Liability - Providers are responsible for adhering to job site safety protocols. - Customers must disclose any known hazards or special conditions before work begins. - EasyFix is not responsible for personal injury or property damage resulting from failure to comply with safety guidelines. 

6. Payment Compliance Customers are required to follow the EasyFix Payment Policy, including paying the initial deposit and completing final payment upon job completion. Service providers may not accept off platform payments without written approval. 

7. Cancellations and No-Shows - Customers must give at least 48 hours’ notice for cancellations to avoid forfeiting deposits. - Providers who cancel last minute or fail to show up without notice may be removed from the platform. 

8. Confidentiality Users and providers must not disclose any sensitive personal, business, or project related information to third parties without explicit permission.

9. Platform Integrity EasyFix reserves the right to monitor, review, and remove accounts, content, or behavior that violates these rules or harms the integrity of the platform.
